Terms of Service

FPLab is a Fantasy Premier League decision support tool provided by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. These terms apply when you access or use FPLab, which is referred to here as the Service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights. You must not attack, disrupt, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the Service and its users.

You retain any rights you have in information you provide. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The team ID you provide is public data from the Fantasy Premier League game. FPLab also uses public FPL data to provide analysis. Predictions, scores, and recommendations are statistical estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

Predictions and advice provided by FPLab are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or that any suggested decision will improve your result. FPLab does not provide betting advice. You remain responsible for your own team, transfers, chips, and other decisions.

FPLab only tracks standings and related league information. FPLab does not collect, hold, or pay out entry fees or prizes. Payments are made directly between league members and their league chairman. FPLab is not a party to those arrangements.

FPLab is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, the Fantasy Premier League game or the Football Association Premier League Limited. All related trademarks belong to their owners.

Paid plans are not yet live. When they launch, pricing, renewal and refund terms will be shown at checkout and added here.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service or public FPL data will always be available, uninterrupted, current, or free from errors. We will give reasonable notice where a material change affects your use and notice is practical.

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties about the Service, its outputs, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have under consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, LudeHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from decisions based on FPLab predictions or advice. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

LudeHQ owns or licenses the Service, including its software, design, text, and FPLab branding. We give you a limited, revocable, personal right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. Public FPL data and third party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
